Abstract
Public production derivative of the exact-certificate and reproducibility archive for the three Complementarity-First Electromagnetism manuscripts. It contains contact-safe paper fixtures, finite exact certificates, independent correction suites, claim-to-certificate maps, environment records, and a unified verifier. It does not claim historical priority, external human peer review, independent external replication, or a derivation of full QED from primitive complementarity.
Where it sits in the release
CEM-D1 is the evidence layer for the electromagnetism arc — exact certificates, reproducibility files, claim-to-evidence maps and verification tools for CEM-P1, CEM-P2 and CEM-P3.
It is the only Release II record published as a Dataset rather than a preprint.
